1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Animal Certification ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, content, communications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing any product, or communicating with us by any means, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are not intended for minors or individuals requiring a legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Platform Role; No Medical or Legal Services

The Company operates solely as a technology and administrative platform. The Company is not a medical provider, mental health professional, attorney, law firm, airline, housing provider, or regulatory body. We do not provide medical care, diagnoses, legal advice, or legal representation. Where applicable, the Services may facilitate access to independent, third-party licensed clinicians ("Providers") who use the platform in connection with their private practices. Any provider–patient relationship exists solely between you and the Provider. The Company does not supervise, control, employ, or direct Providers and is not responsible for their professional judgment.

4. No Emergency or Crisis Services

All content provided through the Services is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes emergency services. THE SERVICES ARE NOT FOR USE IN EMERGENCIES OR CRISIS SITUATIONS. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should immediately contact emergency services (such as 911 in the United States).

5. No Guarantees; No Reliance

The Company makes no representations or warranties that any letter, certificate, registration, or product will be accepted, honored, or recognized by airlines, housing providers, employers, or other third parties. Acceptance decisions are made solely by such third parties and may change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying applicability and compliance with local laws and regulations.

6. Assessments and Eligibility Determinations

Any determination regarding eligibility for an ESA, PSA, or Service Animal letter is made exclusively by an independent Provider based on the information you voluntarily submit. The Company does not influence, control, approve, deny, or guarantee any assessment outcome.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

7.1 Prohibited Activities:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Misrepresenting an animal as an assistance animal.
• Using documentation for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
• Attempting to circumvent screening or review processes.
• Harassing or abusing Providers or Company personnel.

8. Digital and Physical Products

Digital products are deemed delivered once processing has begun or access has been granted. Physical products are consumer goods only and are not medical devices. They do not confer legal rights, status, or guaranteed accommodations.

9. Payments, Refunds, and Risks

You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for all prices disclosed at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. By using the Services, you assume all risks associated with your use, including any emotional or financial impacts.

10. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware.

11. California Civil Code §1542 Waiver

If you are a California resident, you expressly waive all rights and benefits afforded by California Civil Code Section 1542 regarding unknown or unsuspected claims favoring the releasing party at the time of executing the release.
