5. Telehealth Facilitation

Your assessment responses and health-related information may be accessed and reviewed by independent, third-party licensed clinicians. We do not control or direct their professional judgment, and any provider-patient relationship exists solely between you and the independent clinician.

While we are not a HIPAA-covered entity, some independent clinicians may be subject to HIPAA or similar regulations. Any health information you share with these clinicians is managed according to their own privacy practices and applicable laws.

We retain personal information in line with our lifetime access model so you can continue to access purchased digital records and certificates. Retention also persists as necessary for legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution.
