1. Binding Agreement
This Refund Policy is a legally binding agreement between you and Global Animal Certification (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service, submitting information, or using the Services, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into and governed by our Terms and Conditions.
2. General Refund Policy
All purchases are final except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy. Refunds are not based on outcomes, third-party acceptance, or personal satisfaction. The Company does not provide refunds outside the limited circumstances described below.
3. Digital Services and Immediate Performance
Most of our offerings are digital services that involve immediate administrative processing, screening review, and coordination with independent licensed clinicians. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of these services.
4. No Refunds After Processing Begins
Once any of the following occurs, your purchase becomes non-refundable:
- Access to digital forms, questionnaires, or portals is granted;
- Administrative intake or screening review begins;
- Assignment to, review by, or communication with an independent clinician occurs;
- Any digital document, record, or service output is generated or made available.
Processing may begin immediately after purchase, including outside normal business hours.
5. Clinical Determination Outcomes
If an independent clinician determines that you do not qualify for an ESA, PSA, or Service Animal letter, you may be eligible for a limited refund, provided that all required information was submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
5.1 Non-Refundable Fees:
Any refund issued following a clinical denial shall exclude, at a minimum, the following non-refundable fees: administrative and intake processing fees; screening and evaluation costs; clinician consultation, review, or professional service fees; and payment processing and transaction fees.
6. No Refunds for User-Caused Ineligibility
No refund will be issued if eligibility is denied due to inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information, failure to meet legal requirements, or misuse of the Services.
7. Non-Responsiveness and Abandoned Requests
If you fail to provide the required information, complete forms, or respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, your request may be deemed abandoned. Abandoned requests are not eligible for refunds.
8. No Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, travel plans, airline policies, housing provider decisions, employer actions, or any third-party rejection.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company constitutes a material breach of this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover costs, fees, and damages associated with chargeback abuse.
10. Physical Products and Recognition Gear
Physical products are consumer goods only and are not medical devices. Items may be returned only if unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping, handling, and fulfillment costs are non-refundable. Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are non-refundable.

Addendum: Provider Independence & Consumer Rights
Eligibility determinations are professional decisions made solely by independent licensed clinicians. Clinician time and professional services are non-refundable once initiated. EU/EEA/UK consumers may have additional mandatory statutory rights as required by applicable law.
